For three decades, Zvi Fisher has advised companies, founders, investors, and boards of directors on sophisticated corporate, commercial, and cross-border matters.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, public offerings in Israel and the United States, corporate governance, technology companies, commercial transactions, and strategic business initiatives. He regularly represents both Israeli and international clients in complex transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to founding the firm, Zvi practiced corporate and venture capital law in Boston, concentrating on U.S. securities and venture capital matters. He later served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Koor Industries Ltd., one of Israel's leading publicly traded holding companies.
This combination of private practice and senior in-house leadership continues to shape the firm's practical, business-oriented approach to legal counsel.
Throughout his career, Zvi has represented leading public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, life sciences, agriculture, financial services, retail, and advanced industry.
His experience combines sophisticated legal analysis with practical commercial judgment developed through years of advising management teams, boards of directors, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Representative clients include Koor Industries, Discount Investment Corporation, Property and Building Corp., Adama (formerly Makhteshim Agan), Scope Metals Group, Ituran, The Sapir Group, Elron Ventures, Arama & Bennet, the Zemach Group, Ginosar Agro, We-Agri, and numerous technology companies operating in software, medical devices, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, fintech, and advanced agricultural technologies.
The firm regularly works alongside international law firms, foreign investors, multinational corporations, and management teams on cross-border transactions and strategic business initiatives.
Zvi graduated magna cum laude from the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law and School of Economics, where he served on the editorial board of the Mehkarei Mishpat law review. He clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel for Justice (ret.) Eliyahu Mazza.
Zvi serves as a member of the Corporations Committee and the Securities and Capital Markets Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
